Overview
This project is an example of how a home can be transformed through renovation. The home is located in Watford, northwest of London.
The Brief
A home extension or renovation can not only enhance your surroundings, but it can increase the value of your property. This project involved a side and rear extension with a full ground floor alteration.
The Solution
During the planning process, the plans were drawn up, structural engineering calculations were completed, finishes were determined, and a quote was provided. The works included new heating and a hot water system, a wet underfloor heating system in the family area, cinema wiring, new DB board and wiring, floor tiling, and complete kitchen and utility installation.
The Result
We completed all works to the customer’s satisfaction with efficiency and a high level of attention to detail. The house now has more beautiful, and more functional spaces for the homeowners to enjoy!
