Overview
We brought this London flat back to life after an unfortunate incident with water damage. We were able to give the space the protection it deserves along with some fresh decoration to restore it back to its original glory.
The Brief
Our client came to us feeling devastated after their flat had become damp and dreary with water damage. Their beautiful décor had quickly become ruined from the balcony in the flat above. We were brought in to bring their walls and ceilings back to their former glory and provide some well-needed protection for the future, which we were happy to oblige.
The Solution
Our team worked quickly to move all the furnishings out of the space and lay down protection for the kitchen, sideboards, beautiful wooden flooring, the exposed brick walls, and the route to the communal lift before we began to work.
The next stage involved taking down the existing damaged ceiling carefully throughout the flat and installing new boards. We plastered the ceiling and went over it with Stain block to ensure the longevity of their new paint job, then freshened up all the walls and ceilings with a fresh coat of paint.
For a final touch, we installed new spotlights throughout for a bright and elegant lighting solution that was easy to keep clean and added a luxurious modern atmosphere to the flat.
The Result
The client was so relieved to see their flat restored once again to its former glory, without a trace left from the previous water damage, Both the client and us were thrilled to see the space looking beautiful as ever.
