Overview
We stripped this Southampton office back to basics ready for an injection of personality from future tenants.
The Brief
Our clients came to us asking to return their 3rd-floor office space back to its original state. They wanted a clean and appealing space ready for future occupiers to easily visualise themselves in.
The Solution
Our team began work by stripping everything on the floor back to its base build. We got to work installing all-new pipe work throughout, and fan coil units to bring it in line with the work we had previously completed on the other floors of the building.
Both we and the client are so pleased with the results so far and have begun planning a transformation of the entire 3rd floor in the future.
The Result
We returned this space to a fresh and functional blank canvas that our client loved. We’re discussing future plans for this build with the client when the time is right!
