We created a spacious and professional business lounge for this Weybridge-based office building. Dakota is the flagship YoooServ space- a building of premium serviced offices that offer flexibility for businesses of all sizes. Highlights include flexible desks, virtual offices, bespoke packages, collaborative rooms, advanced tech, and private lounges.

The Brief

Our job was to create a functional, modern, and productive workspace that enhances creativity and motivation. The business lounge had to be suitable for professional and social use, matching the quality and aesthetics of the rest of the building.

The Solution

After an initial meeting, we produced a quote based on drawings supplied by the client. We assisted with the development and construction of this project, managing everything from framing to finishes.

The Results

The result was a fully functioning business lounge designed with the building tenants in mind. It is a multi-purpose space used for meetings, lunches, functions, and independent working. The highlights include meeting pods, comfortable seating, desk space, and more.
